Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Applications

Any changes you wish to make to the outside of your home or yard must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) before any work begins. If you fail to do so, you may be asked to restore your home and/or yard to its previous condition. Please check the ACC guidelines (on the Kings Ridge website) so you will know which changes are permitted. If you need assistance in completing an ACC application, contact a representative of the Neighborhood Architectural Review Committee (NARC).
